Cancellation Policy

* All deposits are strictly non-refundable in any case including cancellation, change of mind, no-show, unprecedented circumstances, pregnancy, transportation issues, or any other reasons (no exceptions). * Rescheduling a treatment requires 3 days advanced notice. Failure to provide advanced notice or last minute cancellations means the deposit will be lost and a new deposit is required to book another appointment.
